Direct access to Message Templates section

Currently you can only access the Message Templates section by going through List Properties → <Select property> → General → Message Templates, or Inbox → <Select guest> → <Select Message> → Message Templates.

I’d rather have the more obvious and direct access to this major part of the system to be on the Left Hand menu side, one-click away from wherever I am. This could replace one of the “Properties” and “Accounts & Listings” options, which appear to just show the same or very similar information
