Direct Booking Purchase Signature

Direct booking is extremely unsafe for hosts using IGMS. Unlike other PMS systems that offer e-sign contracts, IGMS does not require ANY information to complete the purchase except the bare minimum. This exposes IGMS users to massive charge back risk and I have lost over $3000 due to chargebacks. IGMS checkout form is not editable and does not require any signature. Be warned or switch platforms. IGMS has no plans to incorporate signature or even a checkbox that states they affirm they are the authorized holder of the card… nothing.
