Since iGMS wants to position as a global product and attract foreign business. It should be a high priority to address a common issue with language definition for communications.
There should be a way that the whole account, including the reservations, are set to a standard language (Portuguese at my case), and avoid mixed languages communication in the same thread and standardize the approach and voice tone.
Since all the platforms nowadays auto-translate the conversation when a foreign individual places a reservation, it is worthless spending a considerable amount of time in manually setting the language to each thread.
