Seasonal Minimum Night Stay Adjustability for Pro Plus

I attended the IGMS webinar this week and decided to sign up for Pro Plus for dynamic pricing. Thank you for adding the Dynamic Market Pricing feature. HOWEVER, I would say it is missing a KEY feature for us as your hosts to actually use this to maximize revenues and manage calendars.

I upgraded to Pro Plus but then realized there is no adjustment of minimum night stays seasonally. You can only adjust minimum night stays by day of the week globally, otherwise the dynamic pricing automatically turns off.

For example, we want to require:

2 night stays globally through out the year,

5 night minimum stays for summer months and

3 night minimum stays for certain holiday, etc.

When you adjust the minimum night stays for a range of dates (such as May-August) in the calendar, IGMS automatically turns off the dynamic pricing option.

If you want people to switch to IGMS pro plus dynamic pricing, this is a basic feature required for hosts. If this is not added, managers and hosts should definitely stay with PriceLabs or Beyond for their dynamic pricing. Those systems are much more sophisticated and intuitive and worth the subscription.

Please update this option immediately! Otherwise your hosts and IGMS will see decreasing revenues without this minimum night seasonality feature. Thank you.
